Account Manager

About the Company

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Account managers will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all customer account management matters on multiple accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Support sales lead with contract administration, scoping, and new business opportunities
  • Organize client materials for all client meetings, takes notes and sends meeting recaps as needed
  • Pitch new ideas (with internal support) and drive adoption
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Communicate client’s needs to customer success and other internal team members
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements & Skills:
  • 3-5 years of proven work experience in account management or sales in an enterprise enviorment
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or gaming and/or SaaS company
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
