We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist.  This role is on the Customer Success Team and works closely with the Customer Success Manager to build and launch games to support client campaigns.  You will create and own the game creation lifecycle— gathering requirements, assembling creative assets, translating rules to game specification, QC’ing, launching games, and reporting game activity on concurrent and complex gamification projects by using CataBoom’s platform.  The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitudes and a high comfort level with marketing automation technologies.  We are excited to consider new graduates who can demonstrate the drive, organizational skills, and ability to pick up new technology quickly.
This position is based in Dallas, TX. We currently work in a virtual environment, with occasional in person meetings at coworking spaces and team activities.  We aspire to have a permanent location and a hybrid working environment in the Addison area and are continuing to monitor and navigate Covid.

 Responsibilities:
  • Quickly learn and ultimately become a master user of CataBoom’s platform
  • Provide world-class experience by taking ownership of customer requests, troubleshooting any issues, and partnering with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
  • Confidently update customers on the status of their campaigns.
  • Become proficient in translating requirements into CataBoom gaming techniques.
  • Adhere to Customer Success processes for delivery excellence
  • Deliver your assigned gaming projects on time and according to defined customer expectations
  • Work on multiple customer efforts simultaneously

Expectations:
  • Highly organized, self-starter
  • Comfortable with technology and technical projects
  • Ability to be a team player in a small work environment where process are being enhanced regularly to scale with CataBoom’s growth
  • Accurately translate information from a game submission to an intake form. Attention to detail cannot be stressed enough here.
  • Manage and communicate client expectations on game look and feel, and timelines
  • Have a solid grip on the nuances of all game mechanics
  • Understand what elements are needed to begin building any game
  • Be thorough in game testing and quality control
  • Consistently deliver high quality products free of error
  • Adequate understanding of HTML5 language used in game build is preferred (willing to train)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.  (formulas, sorting, pivot tables)
 Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 1-4 years’ experience
